In the EMEA Region, we have offices across the UK and Mainland Europe; in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Paris, Brussels, Utrecht, Stockholm and Frankfurt.
We focus on developing trusted relationships with clients to help them solve their complex business challenges from both a staffing and services perspective.
We have ambitious targets for the EMEA region and have a well-defined business strategy in place to ensure we’re in the best possible position to drive growth across our chosen markets, and create opportunities for our people.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including incentives based on length of service and performance, as well as a formal Reward and Recognition programme. Over and above the benefits listed above, we provide an additional benefit called an Incentive Investment Plan (IIP) which rewards performance and long-term commitment. Every year, all of our Sales Consultants are set a stretching target and if they achieve it, they are rewarded with IIP as well as an all-expenses paid trip to an exciting location such as Cancun, Miami and Dubai. This is called the Contest trip. We use IIP and the Contest trip to inspire our workforce to exceed their targets as well as help contribute to the overall performance of the business.
The value of each Incentive Investment Plan is aligned with the financial performance of Allegis Group EMEA and as the business grows and increases in value, so does the plan which allows all IIP holders to share in the ongoing success of the company.
